In You Only Live Twice Mr. Osato's helicopter brings him and his secretary Helga Brandt to his office to meet James Bond. Later it leads Bond to the Volcano entrance.
Two Brantly B2 helicopters (serial numbers 445 and 449) were used during the filming of You Only Live Twice. They were both build in 1965 and painted black and gold with Japanese markings and the madeup registration OS-7241.
The G-ATFH (449) was sent to Japan in July 1966. It is the helicopter seen landing on the top of the headquarters of OSATO Chemical & Engineering Co. Ltd. It returned to England in September 1966 still wearing the made up Japanese markings.
The G-ASXE (445) was used filming the landing inside the vulcano in Pinewood Studios.
G-ASXE is on display in the Västerås Aviation Museum in Sweden. It's latest registration was N2052Y. According to FAA registry that registration was cancelled in 2012.
G-ATFH was destroyed on 10th April1976 after the tail rotor detached during take off at Empingham.
